How it goes

Six steps. No mystery.

01Sit down

We walk your lot, or look at lots together. You tell us how you actually live. No charge, about an hour.

02Plan and price

You get a real plan and a real number, not a range with a shrug. Written scope, written allowances.

03Permit

Engineering, energy calcs, Collier County submittal. We handle the comments. Six to twelve weeks.

04Build

Eight phases, inspections at each one. Photos every week so you see it even when you are not here.

05Selections

Locked before drywall. Every change in writing, priced, signed. No surprises at the end.

06Keys

Punch closed, certificate of occupancy, warranty package. Then we answer the phone for a year.
